Terms of Service

1. Service Description

This platform provides an OpenAI-compatible AI language model API proxy service. We are not the model developer. The service depends on upstream API providers (including Volcengine). Upstream outages may affect service availability.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• You must have authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
• Users from OFAC-sanctioned regions are prohibited (see Section 7)

3. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys
• Do not share your account or API keys
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• One account per email address; multiple accounts to abuse credits are prohibited

4. Billing & Refunds

• Service is billed by actual token usage; balance stored as credits (1 credit = $0.000001 USD)
• Top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited (exceptions for platform-side outages)
• Credits never expire; unused balance is forfeited upon account closure
• Prices may change with 7 days advance notice

5. Prohibited Uses

The following will result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Generating or distributing illegal content (CSAM, terrorism-related material, etc.)
• Using the service to attack, harass, or defame others
• Abusive API usage causing upstream rate limit issues
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent platform systems
• Reselling API access without written authorization
• Automated mass account creation

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Service is provided "as is" without warranties of availability or accuracy
• AI output does not represent our views; users should verify critical information
• We are not liable for outages caused by upstream API failures or network issues
• Maximum liability is limited to your top-up payments over the preceding 3 months

7. Geographic Restrictions (OFAC Sanctions)

In compliance with U.S. Treasury OFAC sanctions, this platform prohibits service to users in Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, and other comprehensively sanctioned regions. Access from these regions is automatically blocked. Circumventing this restriction will result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

Content you submit via the API remains yours. We make no claim to your input content. You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Termination

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination. We reserve the right to terminate any account without reason. You may also close your account at any time.
